A typical used car campaign for the average desperate person includes a 99 cents FOR SALE sign and a fancy CraigsList post, complete with a billion photos to attract creepy and dirt cheap buyers.
David Johns, a digital director at Australian ad agency Chimney, enlisted a few co-workers to destroy that used car market competition in an effort to sell his 1999 Holden Barina.
He didn’t stop at the video, even creating a website for his beauty: www.buymybarina.com
It is unclear if Johns sold the vehicle yet, but he has gained significant interest via Twitter with #buymybarina:
I will offer you a box of crackerjacks and a gently used loofa #buymybarina
