Ales Hemsky – dealt to the Senators from Edmonton at the trade deadline – isn’t wasting any time winning over some new fans in Ottawa in the latter half of the season. The veteran forward pulled out this sick goal tonight versus the Tampa Bay Lightning, undressing defenseman Radko Gudas while cutting through the Tampa Bay zone before deking his way around goalie Ben Bishop.
The quickness and control Hemsky shows while slicing through traffic may make Oilers fans miss him just a bit.
