We have seen it happen time and time again, when a professional player finds out that something in their organization happened on a social media outlet before they were notified by the team. The latest player to see this happen is Darren Sproles of the Saints (for now) who found out that his team had been shopping him around during the opening of NFL free agency. He expressed his surprise.
Something tells me that the next meeting with upper management may be a bit awkward.
