Detroit Tigers pitcher Joba Chamberlain may have one of the more creative tattoos in all of MLB. Joba had Tommy John surgery in 2011 and was left with a fairly large scar due to the procedure. Instead of leaving it be, he instead turned it into a great smiley face tattoo.
