PGA Tour superstar Jordan Spieth is widely considered one of the best golfers on the planet as he is currently ranked No. 18 in the Official World Golf Ranking. But even a golfer as talented as Spieth is not immune to a disastrous hole.

On Friday morning, Jordan Spieth played an absolutely horrible hole at the Masters as he finished with a quadruple bogey on the par-5 15th hole, posting a score of nine on the hole after an absolute meltdown.

Making matters worse, this isn’t even the first time he’s done it.

“Jordan Spieth makes a quadruple bogey at the par-5 15th, tying his highest score on a hole in his PGA TOUR career. That is Spieth’s third 9 on TOUR and second at No. 15 during the Masters Tournament (R1/2017),” PGA Tour Communications said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

The problems on the hole began when Spieth sent his third shot into the water. His fifth shot then sailed over the green and then he needed three putts to finish the hole.

After the meltdown on 15, Spieth will now sit near the bottom of the leaderboard and will need a lot to go his way if he is even going to make the cut.
