Laney High School, the high school where Michael Jordan once played, recently unveiled its newly refurbished Michael J. Jordan Gymnaisum as a part of the festivities surrounding the 4th Annual Fred Lynch Invitational Tournament.
According to WECT, the gym’s remodel came courtesy of Jordan Brand, which is in the midst of celebrating its 30th anniversary.
Among the upgrades that Jordan Brand provided the gymnasium are some memorabilia (some of which will stay after the Fred Lynch Invitational), a fresh coat of paint and new gym lights.
In addition, players at the Fred Lynch Invitational will also receive some awesome goodies from Jordan Brand. Every player will get a free pair of Jordan sneakers and they’ll be able to receive a free haircut and play video games at the Invitational’s players lounge.
Free shoes, free haircuts and a renovated gym? Now that is an awesome way to celebrate Jordan Brand’s 30th Anniversary.
