Rob Konrad played fullback in the NFL from 1999-2004. Despite being out of professional sports for over 10 years, Konrad managed to swim nine miles in nine hours after falling off of his fishing boat Wednesday evening. According to WPBF, Konrad was fishing off Florida’s eastern coast when he apparently fell off of his boat, which was on autopilot. Konrad then proceeded to swim nine miles to shore.
Reminder: Florida has sharks.
The only question I have is: Who is going to play him in the movie? My money is on James Franco.
