In some perverse way, I wonder if everyone, including Bill Belichick and the reporters who are forced to ask him questions he clearly has utter disdain for, gets pleasure out of the song and dance of a Belichick press conference.
Usually, coaches are able to use a whole lot of words to say nothing. Bill Belichick usually skips the “whole lot of words” part. Sometimes, like on Wednesday, he some manages to go above and beyond expectations.
