After what’s become known as the “the 50 cent debacle” we weren’t sure MLB teams were going to let rappers throw the first pitch out at games anymore.

It seems that Chicago based artist Chance the Rapper had already scheduled his time on the mound and hip hop/baseball fans throughout the country were relieved that he had a better showing than Fif.

Chance didn’t serve up any octane or anything, but the slow lob reached the plate — which is all you can ask for from a rapper.
