Paulina Gretzky and Dustin Johnson celebrated their one-year anniversary in Lahaina, Hawaii, while the pro golfer plays in the Hyundai Tournament of Champions on the PGA Tour. The 25-year-old model took advantage of the warm weather to don a bikini and catch some rays. The gorgeous Paulina displays her “99” pelvis tattoo in honor of the “Great One,” her father.
