Our attendance is better than yours!!!
Do you guys in the bigger conferences deal with this the way we do down here in the lowly “forgotten conferences?” I hope not. Because it’s really annoying. Right up there with academics and geography, fans of losing teams just can’t wait to dig into your attendance numbers to find some obscure games that no one attended because it was likely during a hurricane against a high school team. But oh man those losing fans won’t let you forget about the time your attendance dipped. It could be at some game they personally witnessed in your stadium 7 years ago…but man is your school forever terrible because of that day.
