Metta World Peace, the eccentric New York Knicks forward, is making fans scratch their heads yet again. According to his website, he will be embarking on the “Metta World Peace Presents Ultimate Comedy” tour “along with the country’s top comedians.” No word on who exactly those comedians will be.
He does have one gig booked at Caroline’s in NYC on September 12.
Metta World Peace has done some comedy in the past and has worked with the famed Laff Mobb in LA.
Here’s hoping Metta makes a few appearances at open mikes in the city. Here’s a video of him doing some jokes back in 2011.
