The Republican National Committee made a concerted effort to tap speaks from all walks of life for the party’s convention in Milwaukee.
From hip-hop diva Amber Rose to East Palestine mayor Trent Conway to employees of Donald Trump’s golf resorts, the Republicans have made good on that promise. But there’s a surprise guest coming Thursday night, according to one report.
“Two senior campaign officials confirmed that Hulk Hogan will speak tonight at the RNC convention ahead of former President Trump formally accepting the GOP nomination for President of the United States,” Ann Cabrera of NBC News reported.
Hogan is well-known for his conservative views. He was recently asked if he would be interested in running for elected office himself.
“Well you know something, we need somebody in there that’s got some common sense, you know what I’m saying?” Hogan said according to The Sporting News.
Hulk Hogan said he’d be interested to rule the country with an iron fist and push a flat tax.
“I’ll volunteer and take this country over. I’ll rule with an iron fist, a flat tax, nothing but common sense. I know right from wrong, brother,” Hogan said.
Whether you love or hate him, Hogan should at least give an entertaining speech.
