Video has surfaced from a soccer game in Hernando Siles Stadium in La Paz, Bolivia, which appears to show a ghost running through the crowd. As another YouTube shows, the black shadow may in fact just be a ‘guy’ running in front of the spectators in a section that appears to be wider than the rest.
