Zhou Qi (周琦) has emerged as a possible successor to Yao Ming according to plenty of Chinese Sports media. He is a player on the Chinese National U16 team. Yep, Under 16 years old as far as we know. He led team China to a tournament victory against Germany in the semi-finals with this impressive stat line: 41 points, 28 rebounds, and 15 blocks in the semi-finals. Zhou Qi followed that up with a 30 point, 17 rebound and 8 block performance in the finals. The jury is still out on if he can transform into a successful player in the NBA, but we do know that he needs to hit eat a few cheeseburgers and hit the weights before he will have any shot (Weighs in at 183 lbs while being listed at 7 feet tall).
I can’t believe someone synced “The Far East Movement” to this video.
