Serena and Venus Williams had to withdraw from Wimbledon’s doubles tournament this afternoon after Serena struggled mightily and looked extremely disoriented out on the court. As you can see in the video above, the younger Williams couldn’t manage to put her serves into play and struggled to even pick up and bounce the ball.
It was a pretty bizarre and concerning scene and, so far, we don’t have any official news on the cause. Hopefully Serena is alright.
