Friday’s Ontario Hockey League game between the Ottawa 67’s and Niagara Ice Dogs featured a huge check along the boards that led to a pane of glass exploding on impact. Ice Dogs defenseman Mitchell Fitzmorris threw the big hit on 67’s forward Travis Barron, who looked to be shaken up a little bit as a result of the jarring collision.
Barron was helped off the ice and went down the tunnel for repairs, but later returned to finish the game. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for that poor pane of glass.
