Some surprising news broke this week when WWE star Darren Young announced that he was gay, becoming the first openly homosexual man in pro wrestling. TMZ cameras caught up to arguably the WWE’s biggest star, John Cena, and asked him for his thoughts.
If you’d expect a pro wrestler to give a super-macho, testosterone filled anti-gay response…you’re going to be very disappointed by what Cena had to say. He was incredibly articulate and understanding, and even congratulated Young on his announcement.
Once again goes to show exactly why John Cena is as popular as he is in the wrestling world.
