Every now and then the basketball gods bless us with a play that raises one player’s reach to the heavens and condemns another player’s soul to the dark depths of Hades.
Shannin Sharpe was the player with Hermes’ winged shoes strapped to his feet on this epic dunk which went down at the Drew League yesterday.
Poor guy in the #10 jersey, all the power of Zeus wouldn’t be enough to revive him. Just in case you needed further evidence he was bodied, here’s the dunk again at another angle.
