I recently stumbled across a relatively new social network that I thought was pretty clever and will share it with you. It’s called ResearchGate. ResearchGate is a social network that was built by scientists for scientists. The network is similar to Facebook and LinkedIn but focuses on the science community.
Because scientific research usually involves collaboration with other scientists and coworkers, ResearchGate assists in helping connect those around the globe with a similar mission or understanding of specific fields to help further the discussion of ideas and research in a way that hasn’t been easy to do in the past. I suggest you check it out if you work in a science-related field.
