Physical play got things to escalate pretty quickly in what was supposed to be a friendly match between Bulgaria’s CSKA Sofia and Israel’s Ashdod.
A hard tackle from an Ashdod player earned him a red card, but that didn’t matter as the match ended prematurely anyway. Furious CSKA fans pelted the Israel players with bottles before storming the field and chasing them away.
