The rumors that Cristiano Ronaldo may look to come play in the U.S. after his contract ends in 2018 may grow a little louder now that the Real Madrid star has bought an apartment at Trump Tower on 5th Avenue for $18.5 million.
The apartment is 2,510 square feet and comes with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. It features a gourmet kitchen and a gallery but the most impressive thing about the apartment may be the view which includes “spectacular panoramic views of Central Park to the north, sweeping west to the Hudson River, and then south with breathtaking views of Manhattan’s most iconic buildings, including the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building and Freedom Tower.”
According to The New York Post, Ronaldo officially bought the apartment last Wednesday.
