Team USA basketball and Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr has never been one to shy away from offering his political and social opinions. And as he prepared for the upcoming Olympic Games, he did not hold back his opinion on the upcoming presidential election, either.
During a recent interview ahead of the Paris Olympic Games, Steve Kerr revealed that he has decided to support Vice President Kamala Harris for the upcoming presidential election as she takes over as the Democratic candidate after current United States President Joe Biden announced that he would no longer be running for re-election.
“Kamala Harris is a great candidate and I will support her,” Kerr said during an interview according to Marc J. Spears of ESPN.

Harris has received the support of the vast majority of the Democratic party and is set to challenge former United States President Donald Trump in the upcoming election as she seeks to become the first female president.
Kerr, meanwhile, is looking to lead the United States to its fourth consecutive Olympic gold medal at the Paris Olympic games with a roster full of NBA superstar talent including LeBron James, Steph Curry, and Kevin Durant.
