The Chicago Blackhawks opened up their 2014-2015 season on Thursday night in Dallas, where a very exciting game left the two teams deadlocked through three periods and the five-minute overtime. Thus, the victor had to be determined via shootout. Luckily for the ‘Hawks, they still have a pretty skilled guy named Patrick Kane, who was able to score the only goal of the shootout and hand his team the extra point.
That game-winning goal was a darn pretty one too. Check out the lift on the backhand; it’s almost not even fair.
