Dustin Brown captained the Los Angeles Kings to their second Stanley Cup championship in three years this past season, but that doesn’t mean he’s successfully converted his native New Yorkers into Kings fans. Brown recently got a package delivered to him – presumably at his house in Ithaca, NY – with an extra little message scribbled on the box by the FedEx guy tasked with delivering it.
It stated, quite simply, “Rangers Rule!!”
After a dominating five-game victory against the blueshirts in this year’s Stanley Cup Final, Brown wasn’t about to let this one slide. Instead, he called out the FedEx guy with a nice little jab on Twitter:
To the @FedEx guy who delivered this package I love the passion but this ain’t ‘94. @lakings #champs pic.twitter.com/kQvaXCgJFj

Ouch! Somebody send FedEx guy some Neosporin for that burn.
Apparently, some of Brown’s lamer Twitter followers took the playful exchange a bit too seriously. Fortunately, Captain Dusty put them in their place with appropriate reasoning.
those saying this @fedex guy should be reported let’s settle down a bit… Cont.
