Anaheim Ducks forward Corey Perry was forced to leave the first period of Friday’s game against the Minnesota Wild after taking this huge hip check from Wild defenseman Keith Ballard. Perry was sent crashing to the ice head-over-heels before eventually being helped to the locker room.
Ballard wasn’t penalized for the hit.
