In the fourth quarter of Sunday Night Football, Kansas City quarterback Alex Smith was hammered on a late hit by Von Miller. The refs quickly flagged Miller for a late hit, but that didn’t stop Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce from voicing his displeasure via a very subtle gesture.
Kelce would later respond to the action on Twitter:
We’ll let those scoring at home interpret that tweet and for those of you that have correctly interpreted it, you’ll understand why he responded with a second tweet amid a little backlash:
