When the Kansas City Chiefs took their celebratory visit to the White House after winning the Super Bowl last year, Travis Kelce went viral when he jokingly went to the microphone and acted like he was going to address the crowd before Patrick Mahomes stopped him. But when the team visited again this year, Kelce got his shining moment.
During his address at the event, United States President Joe Biden stopped in the middle of his speech to invite Travis Kelce to the podium.
“Travis, come here,” Biden told Kelce. “It’s all you, pal.”
Kelce approached the podium with a big smile and didn’t waste the opportunity.

“My fellow Americans, it’s nice to see you all yet again,” Kelce said with a smile. But he quickly stepped away as he sent Biden a hilarious message.
“I’m not gonna lie, President Biden, they told me if I came up here I would get tased,” Kelce said, in reference to the incident last year. “So I’m gonna go back to my spot, alright?”
The comments obviously got a chuckle from Biden and the rest of the team.
It was certainly a fun and lighthearted moment between Biden and the Chiefs star.
