Tom Coughlin stepped down as head coach of the New York Giants officially on Tuesday morning, and he held a press conference announcing the decision. The press conference was filled with great insights and the usual thank you’s for fans and players. Following the presser Tom Coughlin stepped off the podium and headed out of the room, which required him to walk right past Giants President and CEO John Mara.
As Coughlin walked by Mara stood up in an attempt to get a handshake or a hug, but Tom was having none if it. Watch the incredible .GIF of Coughlin completely ignoring his former boss. It is absolute perfection.
