Over the past several months, Kansas City Chiefs superstar Travis Kelce and pop sensation Taylor Swift have become probably the most high-profile couple on the planet and are quite clearly smitten with each other. And as it turns out, it sounds like Swift was interested in him right off the bat.
During an appearance on the “Working It Out” podcast, comedian Ben Marshall revealed that Taylor Swift found Travis Kelce quite amusing when he hosted “Saturday Night Live” back in March of 2023.
“We worked with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce before they dated,” Marshall said on the podcast according to Us Weekly. “And I don’t know [if we should say this], but, she kind of told us that she watched his SNL episode and saw him in our video and was like, ‘This guy seems funny.'”
Obviously, the rest is history. The two began dating a few months later, and Swift began showing up at Kelce’s games to support him, all the way until the Super Bowl.
It’s certainly been a wild ride for the couple over the past several months as they’ve had to deal with a lot of attention as they navigate their new relationship. But it seems to be going well.
