The results of a recent poll conducted by Public Policy Polling revealed that Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is, by far, the most popular person in the state of Washington. Not only that, if such a thing as a popularity scale existed, he damn near broke it, scoring a 92/1, meaning only one percent of those polled gave him an unfavorable rating.

To give you an idea of how impressive that rating is, Aaron Rodgers scored a 79/6 in a similar poll conducted in March, because, for some reason, 15 percent of respondents just couldn’t make up their minds about Aaron Rodgers. It should be noted that Rodgers was the highest rated human being in Wisconsin, finishing ahead of Bo Ryan and Barry Alvarez, but still coming in second to cheese (80% favorable). Apparently, 20 percent of Wisconsonites are cheese-hating crazy people.
