No matter what one thinks about his endorsement deals or his injury history, it’s nice to see Robert Griffin III playing and playing well.
So, while RGIII has spent most of the season nursing (another) injury, his return to action against the Vikings has finally produced a play which Washington were probably hoping to see a lot of this year: RGIII with a pin-point pass to DeSean Jackson for a touchdown.
It’s RGIII’s first of what will hopefully be many more touchdowns this season. On the day, RGIII has currently thrown for 166 yards on 12/20 passing. He has one pick to go with his one touchdown and a passer rating of 82.5. It’s not an electric return but it’s certainly solid for a guy who is likely shaking off some rust.
