Rex Ryan is making a bold move for their game against the Jets on Thursday night. Instead of brushing off the return of IK Enemkpali to East Rutherford, the first-year Bills head coach is making it the center of attention.
Enemkpali made headlines during training camp for sucker punching Jets quarterback Geno Smith, who reportedly owed him $600. He was immediately cut but signed by the ex-Jets coach just days later. Now, Ryan is making the defensive end a captain for their Thursday night game.
Rex Ryan asked if there’s a chance he’ll make IK Enemkpali a captain. “Yeah… I do this all the time."
