Following a Chicago Bears 3-and-out, the Panthers were ready to field the punt but return man Philly Brown was obliterated by the Bears gunner Teddy Williams, drawing a flag. Instead of standing around like a poor puppy, Brown picked up the loose ball and scampered 79 yards for what might be the most incredible TD of the week.
