Terrell Sinkfield quickly and rather dramatically threw himself onto the radar of a few NFL teams following a blazing 40 time during Monday’s pro day at the University of Minnesota.
The relatively unknown Northern Iowa wide receiver reportedly ran a 4.19 40-yard dash on his second attempt, stunning scouts so much that he was asked to run a third time. For those scoring at home, that is a full .05 seconds better than Titans’ running back Chris Johnson, who posted a 4.24 at the NFL Combine in 2008.
“Hopefully I opened some eyes and got some interest,” Sinkfield said following the workout.
Now, will the Oakland Raiders trade the farm to the Chiefs for the No. 1 pick and the right to draft Sinkfield?
