If it were Lance Briggs in the Jets locker room instead of IK Enemkpali, there’s still a chance Geno Smith would’ve gotten punched in the face.
That’s because Briggs apparently had the urge to punch the majority of his quarterback teammates while on the Bears. The former linebacker discussed Smith’s situation Tuesday on NFL Network and named all of the quarterbacks he wanted and didn’t want to punch during his career. And yes, Jay Cutler is on the punch list.
