Tom Brady turned 38 years old on Monday and his wife Gisele Bündchen celebrated the occasion by posting a cute family photo on her Instagram with a lovely caption.

Unsurprisingly, the Patriots are also celebrating Brady’s birthday on social media as well. The team created a hashtag to encourage Patriots fans to cheer on their quarterback that will almost assuredly be besieged by trolls and pictures of deflated footballs.

Brady is currently embroiled in a legal fight with the NFL over his four-game suspension for his role in Deflategate. A settlement conference between the two sides is scheduled for August 12th.
