Darnell Dockett is probably not the first name that most parents would consider when giving their child someone to emulate but the Cardinals defensive lineman might be on his way to changing that…sort of.
The amusing Dockett posted a video to Instagram that shows him giving a brief motivational speech to a youth football team after a clinic. He proceeds to casually cover all the basics:
