If there is an NFL bubble, it doesn’t look like it is going to burst anytime soon. According to Forbes, who does these franchise evaluations every now and again, the Dallas Cowboys are now worth a whopping $3.2 billion. It makes Jerry Jones’ team the second most valuable sports franchise in the world, only behind Real Madrid, which is worth $3.4 billion.
The most astounding figure is the fact that the average NFL franchise was found to be worth $1.43 million, which represents a 23% increase since the previous year. That is an amazing amount of growth and it’s the largest single-year jump since 1999.
