For the second straight week, the NFL saw a tribute to Michael Brown. Following the Rams demonstration during pregame introductions in Week 12, Washington Redskins defensive tackle Chris Baker celebrated his sack against Rams QB Shaun Hill with the “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” action that has been widespread since Brown’s death in August.
