The most serious charge of reckless endangerment could carry a prison sentence of one year if Dareus is found guilty.
Dareus isn’t some scrub either. He was named to the Pro Bowl last season and in three seasons he’s amassed 153 total tackles and 18.5 sacks. It will be interesting to see how Buffalo manages this situation as the team hasn’t sniffed success in years. Now, they may have to try to turn the franchise around without one of their most promising defensive players.
You would think that colliding with huge men at incredible speeds for a living would be enough excitement for one man.
