The UTSA football program might be in its infancy, but the Roadrunners are already turning heads. The little-known squad paid Arizona a fat wad of cash to play them at the Alamodome on Thursday night and nearly pulled the upset, falling 26-23. Unfortunately for both teams, the NFL’s Thursday Night Football caused a tremendous game to go completely unnoticed.
During that loss to the Wildcats, 5’6″ UTSA wide receiver Josiah Monroe threw a crushing block, one that will land on highlight reels throughout the 2014 season:
