Kicking a football really far has become pretty valuable in today’s society. If you can do it with any sort of accuracy and with distance in college football, your’re going to get paid big bucks in the NFL. And by the looks of it, Alabama JUCO committment Eddy Pineiro has both down.

There’s obviously a huge difference between making field goals in practice and doing it on national television in front of tens of thousands of screaming fans. But being able to nail 73-yarders in practice isn’t a bad place to start for Pineiro. I guess there’s a reason why he’s the top-rated JUCO kicker in the country.
