Wes Welker is still having some trouble living down that big drop in the Super Bowl a couple years ago, and Knicks fans weren’t about to let him forget about it on Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden.
Welker was on hand when the Knicks and Celtics faced off last night and the MSG jumbotron decided to shine some spotlight on the Broncos wide receiver but, unfortunately for Welker, a fan seated directly behind him used the opportunity to display a solid choking gesture in front of a packed house.
Wes might want to put in a great performance on Sunday to prevent this type of thing from happening in the future.
