As a part of a pretty cool promotion with Airbnb, the Chicago Bulls will allow one fan (plus a guest) to spend the night at the United Center in one of the team’s luxury suites on April 11th.
Of course, the suite will be changed into a bedroom for the lucky winner’s trip.
In addition to the over-night stay, the winner will get to enter the United Center prior to the team’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers. They will get their very own custom Bulls jersey, receive a tour of the facilities, get courtside seats to the team’s pregame warm-ups and a “first-class pre-game dinner.”
However, the best part of the deal comes after the game when the winner will get to play some basketball with Scottie Pippen. Yes, you can win the chance to get embarrassed on the court by an NBA legend. Also, there will be a movie showing on the Jumbotron because who hasn’t thought about turning a giant sports screen into one’s own personal home theater?
Fans have until the end of April 3rd to tell the Bulls why they should win the chance to hang out with Scottie Pippin.
Sadly, to be eligible one must reside “within 75 miles of the United Center at the time of activation” which kind of defeats the whole purpose of Airbnb-ing when one can simply drive to and from the United Center at that distance.
If you are within the Chicago area, host Scottie Pippen looks forward to your stay.
Hi, I’m Scottie Pippen. Some call me Pip. Others call me the greatest small forward that the game has ever seen. I played in the league for 17 years and am a six-time champion. For most of my career, I played for one of the greatest dream teams of all time–the Chicago Bulls. I hope you feel right at home overlooking the court I used to defend. Looking forward to showing you around, making sure you feel at home in my world, and shooting some hoops together.
