Amidst all of the Laker fans’ fears that D’Angelo Russell might be a bust (way too early too tell), Jordan Clarkson’s quietly been having a nice summer league. The All-Rookie first team combo guard has been showcasing the full arsenal of moves, including an improved pull-up midrange jumper that proved so deadly last season. Not only that, he’s also shown he can put his head down, get to the rim, and finish too.
Check out what he did to the Utah Jazz’s Jack Cooley.
No Tarik Black. Clarkson is not going to pass you the ball. He is going to put Cooley on a poster and make it so that he and his children can never play nor look at a basketball again.
And yes Larry Nance Jr. You are right to be blown away. That sort of dunk doesn’t happen everyday — not even in the NBA.
