LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony lost it when Russell Westbrook defeated the whole purpose of an offensive drill and passed the ball back out instead of getting the best possible shot in two dribbles or less. Stephen Curry tried the drill on for size this time and didn’t run into any problems.
Notice the difference in how Westbrook approaches scoring and how Curry approaches it. Look at the separation he creates with that first move. The subtlety in his moves. And that last one was definitely a travel though. He moved his pivot foot before he made his initial move, but I’ll forgive him.
