The San Antonio Spurs have recently posted an official job listing for a Senior Operations Manager.
Key requirements? “Experience with public assembly facilities operations including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and project management” and “experience and a working knowledge of HVAC systems.”
The Spurs say that the job position opening is not directly tied to the air conditioning malfunction which happened during Game 1 of the 2014 NBA Finals (LeBron’s infamous “Cramp Game”).
Spurs source says job opening in building operations was not created specifically because of air conditioning fiasco.
