People.com is reporting that Lamar Odom has checked himself into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. The 32-year-old former Los Angeles Clippers forward has been barraged with allegations of rampant cocaine use as well as abuse of prescription drugs OxyContin and Ambien. Odom had already been under public scrutiny for his alleged infidelities to his wife Khloe Kardashian. Odom went into rehab last year after being pressured by Khloe, but only stuck with it for three weeks. Just last week he was arrested for DUI and in July he went berserk on the paparazzi by smashing cars and camera equipment.
There were reports that the Los Angeles Lakers would welcome Odom back, but only if he seeked help and went to rehab.
