It wasn’t a matter of if, it was a matter when, as Kobe Bryant passed Michael Jordan for third place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list on Sunday night. Kobe did it in the most boring manner possible, hitting two free throws in the second quarter. The Timberwolves stopped the game to allow Kobe to sink in the moment, including an embrace with Wolves owner Glen Taylor, who presented Kobe with the game ball.
